Arts Business Support Services is a tailored service to help local arts organisations thrive. During 2008 Creative Arts East provided business and management expertise to Sheringham Little Theatre, The Voice Project, and Wymondham Arts Forum, marketing and touring advice to emerging local arts companies, and, through an arrangement with South Norfolk Council, supported the South Norfolk Festivals Network.

Creative Arts East also has a Marketing Resource Pack for community arts organisations and artists looking to promote themselves. It covers the basics of the design and production of effective print, Press and PR and how to get, keep and develop your audience. The pack was developed as a part of a training programme delivered by Creative Arts East through the Change-Up scheme and was also supported by Norfolk Arts Partnership.
