Motown-theme Norfolk Black Film Festival, Creative Arts East commissioned award-winningactress Karen Hill to play DJ Hilary Spinn - a 1960's northern housewife/ part time typistwho's life is turned around when she discovers Motown! DJ Hilary Spinn wows the Village Screen audiences with her favourite Motown 45's before introducing the film
Tina: What's Love Got To Do With It? Thanks to Blofield Village Screen, North Creake Village Screen and Tittleshall Village Screen for taking part, as well as Cinema City, Norwich and Sheringham Little Theatre.

Creative Arts East and Norwich & Norfolk Racial Equality Council launched the countywide
Norfolk Black Film Festival as part of the Norfolk Black History Month Programme. Creative Arts East would like to thank Bunwell Village Screen, Friends of Wroxham Church, Hockwold Entertainments, Tittleshall Village Hall, Wymondham High School, Sheringham Little Theatre and Cinema City, Norwich for taking part, screening films such as 'To Kill a Mockingbird', 'Shaft', Tsotsi' & 'Kirikou and the Sourcess'.
